A middle aged male with Sudden Syncope

45 yr old make patient presenting with palpitations and dizziness to ED, What does the ECG show?

50 y old male presented in emergency department for dyspnea has h/o arteritis, hypertension. No chest pain. cardiogenic shock: tachycardia, blood pressure 70/40 mmhg Sat 93%, ECG at admission given. Diagnosis?

Patient 55 yrs male came with some SOB and mild cough.No fever.Normotensive and non diabetic.ECG was done which is showing RVH.He was put on treatment and was asked to get an ECHO done but he never came up with ECHO report.After two weeks a relative of the patient came and told that patient died suddenly after one week during treatment.He was being given cefpodoxime and montair lc.What could be the possible cause we can find in ECG if there is one.Thanks.

this ecg belongs to the father of my patient, who is a little girl. it shows great ST elevation without complaints. he is diagnosed as Brugada syndrome. it is arrhymogenic cardiomyopathy. and the first presenting symptom is sudden death! the relevance in paediatrics is that it is autosomal dominant disorder. the uncle of this child and the real brother of this father had sudden death. now this patient has been put on cardiac implant for avoiding ventricular fibrillation which causes sudden death

pt came with c/o severe headache with fever (101*) frequent urination..... h/o htn on treat ment tab amlong5mg sos...bp at present 140/90...hr 102 ...pls tell diagnos and treatment immediately ......
