Atopic Dermatitis

Patient comes with complaint of paindful itchy eroded lesionover chest ,face ,thigh. History of fever and on oral antibiotic Patient was applying betnovate for lesions over chest and face and today morning had severe burning sensation n erosions Dds? Treatment?

Pls tell me what is this? No itching, no bleeding, only on rt upper arm

Patient have severe itching from 5 days.male 70 y .give relevant diagnosis ?

Pt aged 44 yrs....C/o generalised itching....Since 8 yrs....Daily itching....Taken treatment at many drs no Response and well Known dermatologist treated no response.... Pt is non diabetic/No thyroid problem/No Anaemia/No Scabies/No Liver problem/No renal problem/No Tension or Hysterical/No HIV/No Hbsag positive/No Drug Related Itching/Non HTN/No Food Related Allergy.....Dermatologist given her steroids/Dapsone tabs etc her weight increased but no Symptoms relieved....So pt is Very much Fed up of this along with family members.....No Relief of Itching.....So Challenging One pls share ur Opinions fast......If u feel diagnosis then tell Related Investigation,Treatment and prognosis...Must.

male 29 presents to the ED for constipation, fortuitous discovery of these vesicles on right palm. no known psoriasis, no new lotion, no new medication and no significant history, no scabies in the family or friends. Not a manual worker. What are your thoughts ? dishydrotic keratosis ?
