🐄 milk in children

A mother of 1 year baby wants to start cow milk. Should cow milk be diluted with water , if yes what is the ratio of dilution?

i would still say theres no need of cows milk . due to high incidence of associated iron deficiency anemia and protien allergy . but in a country so obessed with it its hard to convince specially grandmothers n mothers who think giving a child bottle full of milk is enough to escape from feeding duties . now if still they want to give ask the parent to give not more than 500 ml per day that too undiluted milk with one scoop of sugar per bottle .

Yes, Sufficient quantity with a sugar scoop. No dilution , keep watch on baby growth annd anemia.

ALTHOUGH DILUTION IS. NOT NEEDED.. ....MAYBE...

Start undiluted whole boiled and cooled milk. With glass or cup, without bottle. Observe for diarrhoea...watch for CMPA, an unwanted entity

1yr baby, no need of cow milk as usual But can give cow milk, it's composition nearly equal to mothers milk. Add sugar in it.

No dilution is required for1 yr baby Aaj kal paani mey dudh Or dudh mey paani

Undiluted cow milk can be given mix with daliya, khichdi in this age group....

Yes you can give No need for dilution at 1 year of age
