The first one film A is PA view and the second one or film B is AP view. Because the heart size appear enlarge in ap view and the scapula is also appearing in AP view.

Image A is PA view Image B is AP view This is because - The superior mediastinum appears widened due to AP magnification. The heart appears enlarged - again because of AP magnification

A is the pa view because xray beam came from post to ant side so great is nearer to the film not near the beam in ap view xray beam came from ant to post side so heart is nearer to beam so apperant cardiomegaly is seen in ap view
