Membranous tonsillitis , follicular tonsillitis,diphtheria ,infectious mononucleosis,aphtos ulcer, malignant ulcer are dd for such presentation ,but seeing history more likely it's a case of streptococcal follicular tonsillitis

Membranous Tonsillitis.Tonsilar keratosis does not give pain and fatigue.patient should be given a course of antibiotics...and re- examined again to R/o underlying tonsillar keratosis.

This is Tonsillar keratosis. Tonsillectomy is advised after an interval of antibiotics . Advised hydrogen peroxide gargles for now.
