Looking like ganglion. No treatment is required. Surgical excision is the only treatment for cosmetic purpose or if if the swelling is growing in size and causing pain or pressure effects. Other causes could be excluded like Lipoma Neuroma Hemartoma Sarcoma Tenosynovitis Aneurysm

Ganvlion cyst. The majority of ganglion cysts are asymptomatic, but patients may seek treatment because of their unsightly cosmetic appearance. Patients may present with pain, tenderness, or weakness that is exacerbated by wrist motion.. Biopsies of ganglion cysts are not routinely indicated because of their inherently benign nature.

It's a Gaglionic Cyst, Rule out Lipoma, Neuroma, Fibroma, Sarcoma,Do FNAC, USG LOCAL REGION BEST OF LUCK HOPE ALIVE

Ganglion cyst. Does it cause restriction of movement? Pain if pressure on median or ulnar nerve. Advice NSAID. If patient is bothered about the nature of lump, aspiration can be done. It is usually thick and clear. If patient bothered for cosmetic purposes or if the cyst is growing, surgical excision can be done.
