A common case of coin ingestion or foreign body in children's. Most common ingestion of foreign body. Symptoms . Dysphagia Pian in the throat Lump sensation and blunt objects difficult in respiration ,throsat pain ,vomiting and restlessness etc. Case profile ,history ,physical examination ,other investments any special investigation. Bravo. Very well managed with limited resources . Quite a learning experience for all of us. Wouldn't honey ingestion exposes the child to botulinism .
