A Previously healthy,40yrs old male was admitted in the hospital on 11/4/19 in unconscious and decerebrate state with Alleged H/o Complaints of Sudden spontaneous,contnous headache with vomittings since 2 days duration.Patient was apparently well until around 3am (11/4/19) then found unconscious in bathroom by relatives.GCS was 4/15 upon arrival,Pupils - B/l 7mm NRTL,BP - On inotropes.Neurosurgeon had seen the case and explained the poor prognosis. KINDLY GIVE YOUR OPINION ON THE CASE??
ACOM Aneurysm rupture with Extensive intraventricular haemorrhage causing obstructive hydrocephalus.
ACA big aneurysm rupture with blood in the lateral, 3rd & 4th ventricles with early hydrocephalus and SAH.Already involved the Neurosurgeon and discussed the poor prognosis.Nothing more regarding the management.
