Tobbacco effect

A pt having heavy stains n calculus , he is a heavy smoker with an age of 28 yrs and also keep kahini in left buccal vestibule due to which he has developed tobacco pouch keratosis. Chief Complaints Brownish discoloration of all teeth History Heavy smoker , also keeps kahini Physical Examination Intraoral examination reveals lesion on buccal vestibule with recession in 36 tooth region Diagnosis Smokeless Tobbacco keratosis Management Quit tobbacco use , if not dis appeared then biopsy.... Oral prophylaxis, antioxidants , good oral habits

Is the tooth 36 involved, or any pathology in the same ?

There is only ketatosis in the buccal region with gingival recession stage 4 w.r.t. 36 ,... Bcz always used to keep tobacco in that region
