A recently diagnosed Ca Lung with ? Bone mets or Vise versa
A male aged 60 years who was recently diagnosed as having Adeno Ca Lung Chief Complaints Pain Right Thigh (severe) Inability to walk (x 15 days)
Principally he is a c/o adenocarcinoma lung and big mass is seen lt upper zone with infiltrates and cannon balls rt lung trachea is pushed to rt by big mass Rt femur shows hypodense lesion likely mets though it is radiolucent you can visualise pathological #femur at lesion site
