A Soft - cystic swelling with trauma at the site 1 year back

10 years old - male child with history of trauma over hips 1 year back . He developed a swelling over the gluteal region ar the injury site .It is soft , cystic , not compressible , non - tender .

Many times parents gives false history of trauma . So what's the parents were doing if it was present since one year. Its better to do Usg of the swelling followed by biopsy.
