If all reports are normal, and if she is married with children then ask for any injection taken for avoiding pregnancy that would cause amenorrhea for longer duration. Start with oc pills if progesterone is not working in her even after 10 days of giving medicine.

START WITH ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES FOR 21 DAYS AND THEN STOP.... THE VERY NEXT DAY OF LEAVING OCS, MENSES WILL START.... CHECK HER HAEMOGLOBIN LEVEL AND SEE IF THE PATIENT IS STRESSED....

Thank you sir..
