CASE OF BIL ENDOTHELIAL CORNEAL DYSTROPHY AS NO ACTIVITY NO SPECIFIC TREATMENT HOWEVER ONE CAN PUT PT ON ARTIFICIAL TESRS

Appears to be granular corneal dystrophy. Please let me know

bilateral corneal dystrophy. Just lubricants only with regular follow up

Why there is burning sensation now , is there any congestion, and other allergic signs And yes it looks like corneal dystrophy to me also Stromal dystrophy should not cause BURNING sensation

May be epithelium is involved.so on opening eyes there might be pain and burning sensation.

Corneal dystrophy stromal type

Bilateral corneal dystrophy. Use Panthagel bid, Moxifloxoacin eye drops & Ointment base bromfenac eye drops bid. If very dens corneal dystrophy then corneal transplant essential.

Bilateral corneal dystrophy most probably granular type. Right now lubricating eye drops with regular follow up. Advanced cases may require keratoplasty.

Granular corneal dystrophy. But whats the reason for burning sensation ? What is the conjunctiva like? Any SPK's on fluorescene stain?

BL corneal dystrophy
