A young boy 12,presented with burning sensation both eyes.s/l exam both eyes symmetrical deep corneal op cities.No active infection.plz advise diagnose&treatment.

Why there is burning sensation now , is there any congestion, and other allergic signs And yes it looks like corneal dystrophy to me also Stromal dystrophy should not cause BURNING sensation
Corneal dystrophy stromal type
Bilateral corneal dystrophy. Use Panthagel bid, Moxifloxoacin eye drops & Ointment base bromfenac eye drops bid. If very dens corneal dystrophy then corneal transplant essential.
Bilateral corneal dystrophy most probably granular type. Right now lubricating eye drops with regular follow up. Advanced cases may require keratoplasty.
Granular corneal dystrophy. But whats the reason for burning sensation ? What is the conjunctiva like? Any SPK's on fluorescene stain?

This pt , 28 yrs male, presented today, with c/o d/v in his Lt eye since last about 1o days. He gave h/o redness & f b sensation in Lt eye about 15 days back. His redness lasted 2 to 3 days only. His f b sensation is also slight since last 7 to 8 days . He has not taken any Rx so far. His vn in lt eye is 6/9(p) but vn is blurred. His rt eye & vn in rt eye r normal. Please suggest the diagnosis and Rx & approximate time for recovery & amount of vn recovery.
