A young boy with PR Bleeding

22 y f ;maried 2yrs back; lmp 26 july; UPT negative; slight bleeding on 13 September; in ut cavity multiple echo genic mass lesions seen in endo cavity & ant wall ;wt may be dx?

25 years male complaining rounded lesions which is painless and no itching Since 4 years. What are they? Treatment?

7 yr old with seizures , nystagmus , poor responsiveness and irritability

A 66 y/o male concerned for multiple red spots on his lips, tongue, and oral mucosa. The spots bled spontaneously and with minimal contact. The lesions bled with minor trauma during cleaning. Some lesions are slightly elevated and blanched with pressure H/O : frequent nosebleeds, chronic anemia What is diagnosis and differntials according to you and treatment for this?
