A female aged 25 years p/w complaints of Persistent Vomiting since 2 weeks... Not responding to Modified Diet, AntiEmetics... No history of Amenorrhoea, over the counter drugs or any comorbidity Physical Examination Abdominal succusion splash positive Nutrionally poor built Investigations Lets discuss her CT findings and treatment

Persistent vomiting with positive succussion splash and CT showing distended stomach is s/o gastric outlet obstruction. Differentials are peptic ulcer disease, caustic ingestion, gastroduodenal TB & CD and others. An enlarged CT image would have helped in commenting about the etiology.
