Gradual vision decline in both eyes

A 36 y/o female presented with an 8-month history of gradual vision decline in both eyes. Eye exams were significant for a blunt foveal reflex with parafoveal retinal opacification and fine yellow intraretinal nonrefractile deposits. Fundus autofluorescence showed absence of the normal foveal hypoautofluorescence. FA revealed diffuse deep perifoveal late leakage in both eyes. What do you see? please give your opinion
