Ultrasound scanning detected multi-hyperechoic masses

A 30-year-old woman suffered from weight loss and fatigue. There was no history of fever and abdominal pain. Her ultrasound detected multifocal lesions in the liver. Suggest the Dx and Rx for the same.

Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and treatment plan. Till reports complied. Symptomatic treatment. Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Good nutritious balanced diet.

It may be hepatocellular carcinoma or metastasis to the liver.I agree with Dr.Shivraj Agarwal sir
