Warty growth on foot, Dx?

86 year old male came to the clinic for this recent warty growth on the big toe and adjacent toe for 6 months. The patient is not bothered by it and does not complain of itching or pain. Patient's medical history includes dementia, HTN, mitral regurgitation, and distant history of prostate cancer. Any idea what it is and how to treat it?
