11yr old male presented 8/10 weeks ago with red itchy toes, given Clotrimazole but reports little change to outbreaks. Otherwise healthy child, history from infancy of peeling skin on feet , usually around toes has developed for the past 6/12 months into this rash and the peeling around toes has become more severe and painful. Currently treatment daily clotrimazole and emmolient with small periods of relief but flares up again within a matter of days mainly affecting the great and middle toes.
