Corona is dry cough ,mild cold ,fever ,bodyach is less but breathing capacity reduces drasticaly in secong week so breath holding capacity reduces gradually every day..Ordinary flu..running nose ,wet cough with bulgum ,more bodyache..breathlessness is less unless you are asthamatic..
Treat all cases with flu like symptoms as suspected case of COVID 19 , and follow universal precautions . Ask for history of travel, contact with travellers, contact with health care workers, contact with covid 19 positive cases. If present, suggest isolation and covid testing .
No means to diagnose in early stages to differentiate from common flu hence no risk should be taken and pt should be referred to nodal hospital where he will be isolated and will be treated as protocol yes lockdown is best approach to help the nation That is why i am lockdown

I think they should be treated as common flu for 2 to 4 days. As prophylaxis they can be administered 400 mg hydroxy chloroquin stat &/ 200mg bd for 5 to 7 days. If the s/s subside it's fine, if not, well then they will have to be refd to corona esp units.
Prophylaxis with hydroxychloroquine For health care workers- 400mg bd day1 then once/week for 7 weeks  A symptomatic household carriers  400mg bd day1 then 400mg once a week for 3 weeks  ICMR guidelines
