diagnosis and treatment please,,,,, complain of burning on eating spicy food and foul taste, and there r blackish spots on tongue along with furrow

Fissured tongue Xerostomia Burning mouth syndrome. First of all find the cause of xerostomia. Fissuring and burning might be due to dyrness of mouth. Take proper drug history Give her glycerine based topical anesthetic gel to be applied before food. Plenty of water. Advice cbc. Avoid spicy and oily food. Cold milk can give her some relief

All the clinical findings are normal variations. Fissures tongue and pigmentation are not pathological. Burning is due to some other cause. Any pan chewing? Diabetic? Any features of neuropathy? Does she take inhalers? Your treatment will mostly be non specific and in such cases it is difficult to satisfy the patient. These are usually long standing problems with little help from medicines. However pt must understand that it's absolutely benign and no worries of cancer... most would be relieved to know this much.
This is lingua villosa black hairy tongue may be due to antibiotics given...please always give detailed history age sex of patients with related medical I'll ness,investigations if done...this normally goes away....can give vizylac..and probiotics...
Case of Fissured Tounge. Burning mouth syndrome. Advice. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy foods. Treatment, 1. Mouth paint Candid. Apply 3 times daily. 2. Tab. Multivitamins with antioxidant OD for 3 weeks.
Fissure tongue is most likely to have candidate so. Rule out anaemia and B12 deficiency. Please get CBC done. Prescribe Candid b ointment. Hydroxyl mouth wash. V12 and zinc multivitamin
