It was a case of left sided Congenital hernia (impending strangulation). Prompt surgical intervention undertaken (herniotomy). The contents of the sac were surprisingly the adhesions of appendix,ileum and omentum. Patient was sent home after 14 post op day. Pics are being updated. Case closed. Hernia left ,could be bilateral . Paediatric hydroceol are not usually so big unless accociated with ascites
Congenital hydrocoel.but there is redness & pain to r/o infection,?? Hernia & torsionrt testes

Require usg scrotum to r/o hernia with hydrocele or only hydrocele any way require surgery
