50 yrs male with such lesions on forehead and also involving eye since 4 days... wat is the diagnosis and treatment?

Herpes zoster ophthalmicus Start tab Acyclovir 800 mg 5 times daily for 10 days Use ganciclovir eye oinment three four times daily over rash Tab Pregabalin 75 mg twice a day Eye drop Moxifloxacin threee times a day

Herpes zoster opthalimicus Acyclovir orally. Azithro 5oo mg od Diclo PCM TDS Levocet 5mg bd. Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Acyclovir+ xylocaine gel locally bd. Eye drops locally. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Protect against exposure to extreme bad weather conditions.
