We use normal saline for resuscitation in shock why can't use DNS instead.

Bcz in shock resuscitation, rapid correction is needed. Bt rapid infusion of DNS causes osmotic diuresis and worsen the condition.
Glucose causes sodium and fluid loss Further worsening of shock Hypotension cause less tissue perfusion Increase intracranial pressure and ischemia to brain tissue.
IV GLUCOSE CREATES..COMPLICATIONS.. LIKE.. SODIUM AND FLUIDS LOSS.. LACTIC ACID..KETOACIDOSIS.. IT WILL WORSE THE SHOCK..
