Vriddhi is not the disease causing phase Always . It is also helps in attaining saamyavastha in dosh dhatu mala kshya. (Ref.kriya sharir) But prakop is due extreme imbalance dosh ready to circulate in body to create disease i.e. devlop symptoms. It occurs after vriddhi or without vriddhi. ( sanchaya) I think "vriddhi "is like protective mechanism upto the limit n" prakop" is like "bacteremia" which will always produce disease in future.

Dosh vridhhi- Vridhhi means pathological increase in doshas. This is a deviation from normalcy and may lead to the manifestation of diseases if not addressed timely with comprehensive measures. Dosh prakopa- Prakopa means aggravation or severe vitiation. second pathological stage (among shat kriya kalas). also called as Vilayana Rupa Vriddhi (increase of doshas through liquification).

1. Vraddhi and Kshaya is clear with its meaning... Right? 2. Prakopa is also vraddhi but it at the same time it also explains about its location..... Sanchaya Prakopa Prashara @Sarveshkumar Tiwari

Dosho ka prakop matlab dosha ki vardhi hona ya chay hona dono hota he .. or dosha varidhhdi mean only vriddhi
