Abdominal mass

Chief compalint A 58 y/o male came with the complaint of right flank pain and weight loss of 7 kg in 2 months History He has no past medical, surgical or family history. Vitals Vitals are wnl. Examination Physical examination shows a tender, abdominal mass in the right hypochondrium. Chest x ray, lab reports and tumour markers are normal. CT of the abdomen and pelvis shows a lobulated, heterogeneous mass ( 155*139*86 mm) in the right upper abdomen upto lower abdomen. Treatment Please give your opinion.

Rt hypochondriac heterogeneous mass with significant wt loss can be related to kidney gall bladder or colon . Needs further investigation and evaluation to rule out Malignancy.

Right side abdominal mass ? Soft tissue tumor ? Gastrointestinal stromal tumor ? Renal cell carcinoma ? Abdominal mass because of tuberculosis

Significant wt loss with pain abdomen,s/o tubercular abcess or any chronic ds like Mets,pent up pus. Adv CBC LFT KFT,mounted test and CECT abdo to r/o the cause

The mass can be appendicular lump Benign growth or malignancy mass should be removed surgically & sent for HPE after results of reports start treatment

NEED'S.. SURGEONS OPINION.. SURGICAL INTERVENTION WITH.. HPE..STUDY FOR FURTHER MANAGEMENT..

Liver gall bladder kidney and bowel mass to be evaluated

Mass must be tested for neoplastic session possibility. ESR/CRP/ Thyroid profile.

acute abdominal pain Mustakaristha 2tsp twice a day.sanjeevini vati 1 tablet twice daily for 1 week.Ample water , buttermilk and pomegranate juice.
