Abdominal mass

Chief Complaint A 77 y/o male came with a mass in the upper abdominal for 1 year and recently it started growing rapidly, for which the patient is concerned. Vitals All vitals are wnl. Examination It shows a movable mass palpated in the left upper abdomen. Rest of the examination was normal. Investigation It shows a well-circumscribed mass with no metastases. Tumor markers: normal. Treatment What should be the management?

Ultrasound should be done to assess the mass Followed by ct abdomen Before concluding dx go for fnac or biopsy Mass in lt hypochondrium is most likely Splenomegaly
