Abdominal pain
A 69 yo male presented with abdominal pain and hematochezia with anemia. GI endoscopies shows gastric & duodenal tumors. Endoscopic biopsy shows high-grade adenoma of abdomen and duodenum. respectively. No evidence of adenoma in any other area.
HIGH-GRADE ADENOMA .. OF .. ABDOMEN & DUODENUM .. NEED'S .. ONCOLOGISTS OPINION FOR FURTHER MANAGEMENT..
As endoscopy is suggesting high grade adenomas on biopsy in itself indicates malignancy hence take opinion 9f oncologist for further confirmation and mx
As endoscopic biopsy shows high-grade abdominal and duodenal adenoma... should be referred to gastro- oncologist...
Treatment depend on size of adenoma If adenoma is small in size and amenable to endoscopic excision then complete excision with histopathology can be good choice of treatment
Adenoma of stomach and duodenum at 69 years of age require opinion of Oncologist.
Mostly it may be GIST NEED TO EVALUATE in detail . Presently give him symptomatically tab.drotin m 2 times a day Tab ethamsylate 250 mg daily 2 times a day Tab.sompraz40 mg daily 2 times a day bbf and BD Tab.evion 400 mg daily one night
