Histopathology showed liposarcoma But it is not clear whether it was Well differentiated liposarcoma or Myxoid liposarcoma or Pleomorphic liposarcoma Well differentiated one have a good prognosis Pleomorphic one have a poor prognosis. Advised a repeat CECT abdomen and pelvis to rule out recurrence

As it is dx a c/o liposarcoma which are malignant nature Recurrence of pain abdomen is likely due to recurrence or metastatic pain which to be investigated Adv ct abdomen

Thanx dr Praveen Yograj sir

Liposarcoma are highly malignant tumors There is a high chance of recurrence shortly after the surgery Adv Repeat CT scan of abdomen and pelvis

Liposarcoma. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude. Surgical intervention required.
