Abnormal gait, MRI interpretations?

38 years old female presented to the ED with an abnormal gait. No history of hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. MRI of the brain is posted below. There is an area seen in the right parietal region, NO DW Restriction. What else do you see in the MRI? Please suggest.

Glioblastoma Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and treatment plan . Till reports complied. Reduce cerebral oedema.

That lesion is in the pole of frontal lobe, it won't give rise to abnormal gait. Pls give detailed clinical examination. Also lower cuts of mri to look for brainstem

Kindly post the T2w image. Need contrat also . 1st and 3rd film same.4th film is T2 W but unable to see the rt frontal area ,the lesion is in the rt frontal.

Dense lesion on Rt frontal lobe ??neuroma

Calcification in rt frontal region

Right frontal lobe dense lesion .

Meningioma, extraaxial lesion.
