A 20 yrs old male suffering from rashes all over the body, rarely mild itching, rarely mild pain. No H/o alcohol, tobacco. NO H /o diabetes. Pls suggest Dx & Rx

Acne vulgaris. It is a skin condition that occurs when hair follicles plug with oil and dead skin cells. Acne is most common in teenagers and young adults.. It occurs when hair follicles are blocked with dead skin cells, bacteria, and oil (sebum). The blocked follicles cause blemishes on the skin, including pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, and cysts.

Acne vulgaris Azithro 500 mg od Levocet 5mg bd Diclo PCM SOS Isotretinoin 20mg od Wash area with glycerin soap and apply caladryl lotion than clindamycin A +nevia cream in 2:ratio locally bd. Isotretinoin LOTION LOCALLY HS. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. Avoid oily spicy and fast food.
