H/o RTA C1, C2 compression injury. Managed conservatively. Sustained intracranial injury also. No other external injuries. Given are the images of the patients' extraocular movements. Anybody would like to comment on pt's eye signs relating to the intracranial injury. . (Images are - pt looking straight. Both eye towards left and both eye to right). Thank you.

76 male known case of DM n HTN presents with Diplopia on looking towards left side of visual field since 7 days. On examination left side Lateral Rectus Palsy (6th nerve palsy). No other cranial nerves involved. BP was 130/80 No other abnormalities in rest of neurological assessment. Diabetes is well controlled. CSF analysis reports are awaited. HIV, VDRL, TFT normal. His MRI Brain with Angiography report is as shown below. Kindly discuss differential diagnosis n management plan. Regards.
