20 yrs male with left cervical benign swelling for 5 yrs. what sud b d approach ?

pt.has suffering since 2 yr axillary abnormal growth hard fluid collection without ant opening pls diagnose Rx.

35 y/male with c/o sudden onset intra oral swelling associated with muffled voice and mild pain for 1 day. No history of trauma or fever. No other significant history of any medical or surgical illnesses. Local Examination : yellowish, soft , cystic, non-tender swelling occupying the floor of mouth pushing the tongue upwards noted. rest part of oral cavity :WNL (IMAGE as below) Neck examination:- WNL kindly share your valuable opinion and advices.

A 16 yr male pt have swelling at submandibular region last 3 yrs .last 1yr swelling increase in size. no pain no fever no wt loss. fluctuation present . not fix to underlying structure .further management
