Thrombolysis time after starting chest pain is very important. Time is muscle. If thrombotic event, usually complete recanalization occur after thrombolysis. Otherwise slight ST T changes remains there. Further T wave inversion etc.

At least 2 week to settle st segment in inferior wall Even anterior wall it may take More time or turn in to ventricular aneurysm

It depends on how successful is the thrombolysis in recanalising the blocked vessel Complete recanalising leads to normalisation of ECG However, is possible that it's may only partly recanalise in which case ST elevation may persist

IT VARIES IN CASES .. DEPENDS UPON HOW SUCCESSFUL IS THE THROMBOLYSIS .. IN RECANALISING THE BLOCKED VESSEL .

Within minutes... But patient should come at hospital early.... Once the golden period has passed, no use of retiplace recombinant tissue thromboplasmin activator... In very early diagnosis of MI, PAMI is best solution... And anyways after thrombolysis, pt will have to undergo CAG and SOS plasty

If thrombolysis is done in the golden hour results are good .ECG changes revert . In case of extensive Infarction ventricular aneurysm occurs and ST segment remains permanently elevated.

Immediately provided thrombolysis has been successful and used within 6 hrs of golden window (but best result is when used within 3 hrs of infarction.
