A 45 yrs tall and handsome male having complaints of chronic rhinitis from 5 yrs working in A.C room in Delhi for whole day and night for 12 yrs Severe thin coryza with sneezing , mostly on nose from morning to night until sleep with puffiness of face and burning with tingling sensation inner side of root of nose > massage and hot apply < early morning to 10 am and 10 pm to 11.30 pm , winter , bathing , smoky weather and from inhaling any dust but have no dyspnoea . Multiple wart on back and throat since 1 yr . Mind extrovert sympathetic calm brave and dislikes quarrels Thermal chilly++ , shivering from bathing with warm clothing through whole year from childhood . Sleep disturbance, always lying on back Appetite normal , thirst ++ , eating slowly , desire hot food , salty foods , fish + , dislikes milk and cold food . Sweat very much less Urine ++ Stool normal ,2 times Respected doctors please suggest medicine.
