Age 32 yrs / female house wife C/o itching on waist and buttocks region and red patches on skin . This conditon cured by allopathic medicine but after few days recurrence this condition She take allopath medicine Rx luliconazole lotion Clocent bm oinement ( beclomethasone dipropionate+clotramazole+neomycin) Tab doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus Tab levocetrizine Tab griseofulvin 250mg Tab betamathasone.
Tinea Infection. Micanazole + Clobetasol.+ Salicylic acid. local application twice a day. It's console.200.mg 1 tab OD.x 2 weeks. Allegra.180.mg./ 1 tab OD.x 10 days.

well defined hyperpigmented patch associated with itching since 1 year ... .......h/o topical application present......please advise duration of treatment ....patient is in mental agony ...coz he is suffering continuously with itching since 1 year .... dear consultants pls don't prescribe steroid for this type of lesion .....if u like my advise press help button sir ....don't think otherwise. ....
