Age 65 years male has been coughing and SOB since from 7 days. No BP, no DTM, no smoking habit but HRCT shows below Is it post primary TB ? Or Is it SARS 2 ? ESR rised CBP Shows changes Sputum for AFB Shows Negative Mountoux given .... Dear Doctor kindly do assist Dx and Rx Thank you.
