Flaredup T corporis incognito possibly steroid induced Rx cap itracanazole200mg 1od Tab Levocetrizine5mg 1bd for 5to7days than 1od As i am also suggesting steroid as to control the acute flareup once it is controlled tapper off but don't withdraw completely rather keep on maintenance dose. Tab dispred4mg 1tds for 7to15 days and tapper off gradually . Locally clop-s nano lotion twice daily Lulicanazole oint at bedtime SertacanazoleB oint twice daily Review every fortnightly

Tinea cruris Levocetirizine 5mg bid and Itraconazole 200mg bid for 15 days gradually reduced dose of both Itraconazole 200mg OD and levocetirizine 5mg OD for next 10 days. Luliconazole with Ketoconazole mixture ointment twice daily for 10 days.

Are you working in anaesthesia Orin medicine as well .don't you think you are out of line. This is a plain and sever case urticaria.needs urgent treatment. She orhe needs to have hydrocortisone injection 100mgm IV stat follwed by intramuscular for few days followed by oral in reducing doses.
