a 10 yr old child had trauma with wooden stick, had re corne tear. was operated as re corneal tear repair with intracameral vozole under ga. pt was kept on systemic antibiotics for 10 days. pt was also managed with topical antibiotics and antifungals, cycloplegics and iop lowering agents, and lubricants. pt was discharged. now on followup pt came with following scenario. diagnosis, investigation management
