An old lady with Severe Chest Pain

A female aged 45 years p/w complaints of Weakness and Palpitations since last night...her Vitals were 80/40 at arrival and she was sweating profusely ...comment on her ECG and discuss the findings and cause of her symptoms

48 yo M. Sudden onset chest pain whilst sleeping. Looks very unwell. Patient was extremely anxious, hypotensive and grey in colour. Previous MI 2 months prior. No other medical history. Chest pain in central and pressure/heavy in nature, radiates to L arm and feels like he's going to die. Whats diagnosis?

9 year old FCH Presented with Central chest pain of acute onset. H/O similar episodes before . 1 year back consulted cardiologist and done an echo , came to be normal . Child has H/O increased sweating and tension .No h/O vomitting , headache, fever , joint pain F/h/O -father - Mild MR and ?AR ( details not available) on anti HTN O/E - Tenderness + No murmur HR -on the lower side - 40-50, then increased to 65 EKG attached

16yrsF Restlessness,Chest Pain on & off since 2 months. No h/o Pain radiation ,cough,fever,dyspnea,pnd ,orthponea,syncope. Chest Scan : Normal O/E: S1,S2 heard ,No murmur,No added sound.
