An old lady with Severe Chest Pain
A female aged 66 years Chief Complaints Sudden onset Pain Chest (Radiating to back) Palpitations(+) Vitals BP- 156/90 mmHg PR - 74/min
Ecg-Twave inversion in limb leads 2 ,3,avf and v2 to v6. Advise-1-TropT. 2-2D echo. 3-CABG.4-serum lipid profile. Dx-Hypertension with CAD(inferioro-anterior ischaemia). Tt as per reports start antianginal antiplattelate drugs and antianxiety also.
St depression with T inversion in most of the limb leads n chest leads...(global ischemia?) Strain pattern? Adv cardiac enzymes/2d echo
Could be Cardiac Neurosis !?
Anterioinferior ischemia. Check S.Troponin level to ruled out NSTEMI
T wave inversion in V4-V6 Adv trop i, give loading dose of anti ischemic Adv 2 D echo

9 year old FCH Presented with Central chest pain of acute onset. H/O similar episodes before . 1 year back consulted cardiologist and done an echo , came to be normal .
