36 year old lady came to me after a screening mammogram which she got done herself because her sister (39 years) was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. O/e - 1*1 cm lump was palpable in the right breast at 11 o clock. No other lump or enlarged LN. No nipple discharge. Points for discussion: 1. Discuss mammogram findings 2. Would you order a MRI for this patient
