Left Circumflex coronary artery branch 95 % occluded. RCA blocked but Retrograde filling is present. Single vessel block causing hypokinesia in basal and mid posterior wall. Angioplasty of left circumflex Coronary artery , suggested. Double anti platelets and statins suggested.
