Anterior mandible swelling

Chief Complaint A 32 y/o female presents with swelling over the anterior mandible, presents for many years. Involving tooth is mobile grade 1 and painful. Examination Tooth 41 is RCT treated. Clinical examination shows mild expansion of the anterior buccal and lingual vestibules. With the exception of tooth #24, all of the anterior teeth tested vital. Investigations OPG was done and attached below. Diagnosis Can you make diagnosis? Treatment Advice treatment also.

Radicular cyst

first step-dad antibiotic analgesics regime for 5 days. second step- depending on mobility if u still see mobility wid 41. Than extraction. if not than re rc

Could be a radicular cyst....Cystic Enucleation is required under antibiotic coverage
