IF ONLY HTN AGE LESS THAN 50 PRESCRIBE ARB OR ACEI SUCH AS CAPTOPRIL , RAMIPRIL , LOSARTAN & VALSARTAN ETC IF AGE MORE THAN 50 PLEASE PRESCRIBE CA CHANNEL BLOCKERS AMLODIPINE NIFEDIPINE ETC UNSTABLE ANGINA DRUGS BETA BLOCKERS + NITROGLYCERIN CONGESTED HEART FAILURE + HTN FUROSEMIDE THAIZAIDE ETC
