As of now Rx by Depends on chronicity Rule out cause Correlate clinically Ask for previous trauma Do refer or take ENT Surgeon opinion Might be helpful,👍

First it should be palliative treatment. Muscle relaxant along with moist foamentation Adv night guard

And refer to a dentist to rule out dental origin pain . Which could be from molars

Advice , 1. Pathological investigation ,1.CBC 2 Blood sugar F/R/PP .3. Electrolyte Na, K, Mg. 4. IgE 5.ESR 6.CT -Scan . Treatment , 1. Tablet Zifi-CV -200 mg , BD for 7 days. 2.Tab Baclofen -10 mg , BD for 7 days. 3. Oro -gel Curenext , apply Thrice daily . 4. Mouth gargle Betadin , twice daily. 5. Cap Becosules-Z , OD at night for 7 days.

What's the grad of mouth opening If restricted then look out is there pericoronitis or not If not pericoronitis then give pt hot and cold fermentation 4-5 times daily with MR bd And if pericoronitis then prescribe H²O² MOUTH wash after every meal with augmentin 625 bd for 5 days and zerodol sp tds 3days
