42 year female with prick injury 15 days c/o swelling and pain at the injury . Course of Amoxiclav for 7 days was given but shows no improvement now swelling has moved upwards with local rise of temperature. antibiotics is changed to Lnz ,limb elevation, any other suggestions to be given kindly advised
