Penetrating injury with wodden tag entering from cornea ,ac and penetrating iris Take out the foreign body look for any leakage if possible cover with bandage contact lens maintain integrity of AC Mycon e/d Moxflox Ed homide e/d systemic injection purezone 1g , iv 12 hourly for two days ibubrufen
