Deep lacerated injury over the upper third of lt elbow. Check for any vascular and nerve injury by clinical examination of finger movement. The area supposed to injure the muscle bulk related to radial head . Wound seems to a clean one Over all clean the wound by H2O2 and normal saline wash Achieve proper heamostasis Then the close the wound in layers.and dress it.

As it is a MLC needs to comply with formalities of police case and inform them As numbness is complaint hence varify the blood supply and nerve injury if any is there If nothing vital damage is seen than debride and close the wound in layers by primary closure Keep wonded limb static and splint bandage Inj t t Broadspectrum antibiotics Antiinflamatory
