Sending video of 11 yrs female child 30 kg weight,having episodes of breathlessness and coughing in midnight between 2 to 3 am,on examination rs clear,air entry equal,no urti,no fever,no past history of asthma,xray chest normal,,,,,,,,had given her Tab deriphllin half bd,syr brozedex 7.5 ml tds,tab predmet 4mg bd,cap rablet 20 for 5 days,,,,,,previously also took tab cefopodoxime 100 bd,,,,,,for 3 days,,,,,,,,no episodes of breathlessness at night when tablet taking,but as soon as tablet course finished started with same complaints,only at night,,,,,,,,how to approach this case
