X ray : shows changes of OA with osteopaths present and reduce joint space Diagnosis : OA knee T/t : conservative with analgesic Calcium suppliment Cartilage suppliment If not relieved or unbearable Then joint replacement Avoid squatting and weight baring

X-RAYS shows suggestive of chronic OA Cryotherapy for reduction of swelling TKR followed by physiotherapy
